Refund policy

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) govern all sales of digital products offered on the website [https://iceaud.io] (hereinafter “the Website”), operated by Ice Audio, a French company based in France (hereinafter “the Seller”).

The products offered are VST3 and AU plugins (hereinafter “the Products”).

By purchasing a Product from Ice Audio, the customer (hereinafter “the Customer”) acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (TTC).
Payments are due immediately upon ordering and must be made using one of the secure payment methods available on the Website.
Ice Audio reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but Products will always be billed at the rate applicable at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally only.
After payment is confirmed, the Customer will receive:

• A download link for the Product, and

• A unique license key sent to the email address provided at checkout.

No physical shipping will take place.

4. License of Use

Purchasing a Product grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
The Customer is not authorized to:

• Resell, lend, share, or transfer the license to a third party,

• Decompile, modify, or redistribute any part of the software,

• Circumvent any protection or activation mechanism.

All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Ice Audio.

5. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium (such as software downloads or license keys) once the download or activation process has begun.

However, Ice Audio provides a commercial goodwill refund policy under the following strict conditions:

• The refund request is made within 14 days (two weeks) after purchase, and

• The license key has not been activated.

No refunds will be issued:

• Once the license key has been activated, or

• After the 14-day period has expired.

Once the refund accepted, we will refund you via the original payment method as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request.

In any case, Ice Audio cannot be held responsible for transaction fees or bank charges resulting from foreign exchange rates.

7. Liability

Ice Audio shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Products, including loss of data, compatibility issues, or malfunction of third-party systems.
The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the compatibility of their equipment and DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All files, software, sounds, images, texts, graphics, and other elements related to the Products and the Website are the exclusive property of Ice Audio.
Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Personal Data Protection

Ice Audio collects and processes personal data (name, email address, payment information) solely for order processing and license management purposes.
Data is not sold or transferred to third parties.
Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data. You may request access to and rectification of your personal data by writing to :

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, the courts of the Seller’s registered office (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.
